In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, users of this website of the Afépame consumer mediator are informed (in particular in accordance with Article 32 of the said law) that the publisher of this website of the Afépame consumer mediator implements processing of personal data whose communication and collection are made mandatory "only" and "solely within the framework" of the electronic referral procedure to the Mediator online made from the website. No other use of this data is authorized.
   2. It is important to note that no personal data is collected on this site without the user's knowledge other than with their consent and on their own initiative as part of filling out the electronic referral questionnaire that they complete voluntarily from the site.
   3. Only the Afépame consumer mediator has access to the data thus received and collected as part of the electronic referral procedure and/or the authorized contractual service providers of the Mediator.
   4. No communication of this data to other third parties can be made without the express written consent of the user concerned.
   5. Afépame cannot, under any circumstances, access the data and content thus sent by the Consumer-client to the Mediator for the purposes of the mediation procedure.
   6. Personal data collected as part of the referral procedure is processed by the Afépame Consumer Mediator and/or by the authorized contractual service providers of the latter in a fair, confidential and secure manner.
   7. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, any person has the right to access, query, limit, port, rectify or even erase data concerning them and to object for legitimate reasons to data concerning them being processed. 4. Technical Warnings
   1. The confidentiality of correspondence is not guaranteed on the Internet. It is the responsibility of each Internet user to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software from contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet.
   2. This website is intended to be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Neither Afépame (site owner) nor the Afépame Consumer Mediator can separately or jointly be held responsible for discontinuities and/or unavailability of the site, if applicable, and its services, whether voluntary or not.
   3. In case of maintenance, this website may be interrupted for the duration of the technical intervention. Prior information will endeavor to notify users.
   4. The information on this site strives to be as accurate as possible. The site is periodically updated. We thank you for reporting any inaccuracies, omissions and/or gaps that may be present using the correspondence form in the "Contact" section.
